“The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.”

Going Om
I help midlife women understand their story, regulate and reconnect with themselves, and create a way of living and leading that fits who they are now.
I believe lasting change happens when we pay attention to the whole person - mind, body, experiences, patterns, and what matters most to you.
Counselling creates space to explore your story: What happened? How has it shaped me? What needs care and attention right now? When life feels hard, counselling can provide support to make sense of what you are experiencing, understand yourself with more compassion, build practical ways to cope, and begin feeling more like yourself again.
Coaching for women in leadership roles focuses on where you are now and where you want to go: How do I want to lead in this season of life? What ways of working are no longer serving me? How can I lead with clarity, confidence, and intention without relying on pushing through or carrying everything myself? Leadership coaching supports you through career transitions, changing capacity, shifting priorities, and creating sustainable ways of leading that align with who you are now.
Embodied movement and yoga help reconnect you with your body and inner signals: What is my body telling me? What do I need? How do I stop pushing through and start listening? After years of thinking, planning, anticipating, caring for others, and pushing through, embodied movement can help you feel calmer, release tension held in the body and mind, improve regulation, and increase energy. These practices are not about perfection, rather about learning to listen to yourself again.
Together, these approaches help you move from simply getting through life to understanding yourself more deeply, trusting yourself again, and creating a life that feels meaningful, sustainable, and true to who you are.
